The single worst hair experience I’ve ever had at 53! Due to grays I’m platinum blonde with some lighter golds. Went in for a simple cut color and highlight and left crying with an extremely dark spot at my part and around my face, all my blonde turned to ash and still had gray hair! I’m on my 2nd high lift trying to get back to my platinum color. This has cost additional $200 plus tips each time just trying to undo what Jess did. I won’t even go into the haircut. A simple trim at the bottom shouldn’t equate to see 2 inch pieces of my hair on the ground. It wasn’t the tip either. I gave her $200 tip for $85 for my hair. Once I got home and could see my gray hair through that dark glob she put on my head and told her it was horrid and I needed correction. She said she would reach out on Monday to get me in. I never heard back.. So yeah, I’m in the $500’s because of it and still not done trying to fix and keep my hair. Just destroyed it because hair at 53 doesn’t bounce back.
